A quality control expert at Liangshan PingAn Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd., Michael joined in 2013. He is responsible for ensuring that every trailer produced meets the high - standard quality requirements. His strict inspection methods have made the company's product quality stand out both at home and abroad.

The new freight weight limit regulation implemented in 2025 stipulates that the maximum total weight of four-axle vehicle combinations is 36 tons, while that of six-axle combinations is 49 tons. This has accelerated the R&D of lightweight vehicles in the industry, and rear-tipping tipper trailers equipped with enclosed tarpaulins have become a major development trend. Leading manufacturers on the market include CIMC Huajun, Minxing Auto and Xinjinjun. Their products feature cargo body lengths ranging from 9.5 meters to 13 meters, fully catering to various operation scenarios such as short-distance bulk cargo transportation and infrastructure construction projects.

Structural Design

Tipper Trailer

The cargo box of the tipper trailer is fully welded with high-strength wear-resistant manganese steel plates, delivering a robust, impact-resistant structure and greatly enhanced durability. It is equipped with an integrated stamped steel rigid non-independent suspension system that ensures stable load bearing and outstanding shock absorption and load-carrying performance during travel.
Side-tipping models are fitted with dedicated hydraulic lifting cylinders and a complete tilting mechanism, offering three structural options: left-side tipping only, right-side tipping only, and integrated dual-side tipping to adapt to various job site conditions. Rear-tipping models adopt a main piston rod direct-drive design to lift and tilt the cargo box backward with smooth and powerful movements.
Each trailer comes standard with an adjustable hydraulic power unit and well-known Hyva hydraulic cylinders. The entire hydraulic transmission system is optimized and calibrated, cutting comprehensive energy consumption by 15% compared with conventional hydraulic setups, featuring faster unloading efficiency and lower fuel operation costs.

Unloading Efficiency

Intelligent tipper vehicles boast outstanding unloading efficiency, with a full unloading cycle taking only 40 to 50 seconds. The internal inclination angle of the cargo box is finely optimized to allow bulk materials such as sand, gravel and ore to slide down smoothly by gravity, preventing material jamming and residue retention.
Crawler tipper semi-trailers are equipped with automatic hydraulic lifting and high-frequency vibration auxiliary devices, which show remarkable advantages when handling high-viscosity hard-to-unload materials like clay and wet ore. Their overall unloading time is controlled within 1 to 2 minutes, leaving minimal material residue inside the box.
Taking Ping An rear-tipping tipper models as an example, they feature dual upgrades to the cargo box structure and hydraulic vibration system. Hardly any materials stick to the box after unloading, enabling nearly zero-residue operation. This cuts manual cleaning costs and improves the overall efficiency of round-trip transportation.
