It is mainly available in three mainstream structural designs: flat deck type, concave beam type and tire exposed type, which can meet the demands of different heavy-duty transportation working conditions.

The flat deck type features high versatility with a neat and smooth structure, suitable for transporting most conventional construction machinery, industrial equipment and general oversize cargo with a wide range of applications.

The concave beam type and tire exposed type adopt a sunken low-bed structure, with a lower deck height from the ground and a more stable overall center of gravity as well as stronger load-bearing capacity. Suspension System

 

Low Bed Air Suspension
The suspension system offers multiple configuration options, including tri-axle balanced suspension, dual-axle balanced suspension and air suspension, which can be flexibly selected according to actual road conditions and load working conditions.
 
The trailer is fitted with an innovative counterweight balancing structure, precisely installed between the front and rear leaf springs. Thanks to the optimized structural design, the front and rear leaf springs achieve even stress distribution and synchronous deformation, realizing reasonable axle load distribution and overall vehicle dynamic balance.
 

 

Combined with the excellent shock absorption performance of air suspension, it further enhances driving smoothness, load stability and adaptability to complex road conditions, making the whole transportation process more stable, safer and more reliable in overall performance.

Equipped with lift axle configuration

 

This 4-axle low-bed semi-trailer is available with an optional lift axle configuration.When equipped with the first lift axle, it effectively reduces the contact area between tires and the ground, significantly lowers rolling resistance during travel, and greatly improves fuel economy.

Verified by actual road tests: under the same horsepower, same load capacity and same vehicle model, a 5-axle vehicle running on plain roads can save 1–3 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers compared with a 6-axle model. It features lower operating costs and better cost performance for long-distance transportation.

Load Test

 

Before delivery of the low-bed trailer, we conduct professional load testing. We place sufficient weight of precast concrete blocks on the loading platform, then drive the trailer to inspect for any potential structural or running performance issues.
