This vehicle transporter features a well-designed double-deck layered layout that fully utilizes the vertical space of the carriage, greatly improving loading capacity and transportation efficiency. It can safely and steadily carry 8 vehicles per trip in a standard combination of 5 compact passenger cars and 3 midsize vehicles with flexible and stable loading configurations.
Conventional single-deck or ordinary double-deck car carriers only haul 5 to 6 vehicles at a time. For the same transportation volume, this model reduces round trips by more than 30% and drastically speeds up logistics turnover.
It fits various bulk vehicle transportation scenarios, including mass delivery of new vehicles from OEM manufacturers to regional warehouses and centralized transport of exhibition cars for large auto shows. Precise Adaptation & Safety Assurance
The whole transporter is equipped with a professional modular fastening system tailor-made for safely loading 8 vehicles in one trip, providing all-round stability during vehicle transportation. Each vehicle to be shipped is fitted with 4 sets of adjustable stoppers, which flexibly fit tires of various specifications to firmly lock wheels and prevent sliding or shifting while driving.
The chassis and double-layer load-bearing platforms are specially optimized. The lower deck has a minimum ground clearance of 1.2 meters to guarantee good trafficability. The upper deck is equipped with a hydraulic lifting mechanism with an adjustable range of 0.5 to 1 meter. The ample height adjustment allows smooth loading and unloading of high-body vehicles such as SUVs and raised passenger cars without height restrictions.
0.8-meter-high protective guardrails are installed between the two decks for effective isolation and buffering. Anti-slip rubber mats cover all load-bearing surfaces to increase friction between tires and decks. Even on complex road conditions including highways, continuous curves and rolling mountain roads, the complete protective structure works together to keep all 8 vehicles stable without shaking, thoroughly eliminating transportation risks such as scratches, displacement and collision damage between vehicles.
