Container semi-trailers are suitable for ports, highways, multimodal transport and other scenarios, specially designed to carry standard containers with high structural strength and recyclable service life. Cargo can be fully transported inside containers without intermediate reloading, featuring high loading and transshipment efficiency. Customized production is available with stable quality. Twist locks are installed at four corners of the loading area to fasten containers. There are two main types: flatbed type, which can also haul bulky general cargo, and frame type without loading floor where containers rest directly on the chassis. Suspended frame structure is the most widely adopted. Since container transportation boomed in the 1960s, dedicated container semi-trailers have gradually replaced ordinary trucks.

Stake semi-trailers are mainly used to transport agricultural by-products and light bulky goods. The fence structure can be customized according to cargo types. The vehicle features light dead weight and easy disassembly, effectively cutting procurement costs. It adopts a composite frame consisting of longitudinal beams and full through cross beams, balancing strength and rigidity with strong load capacity and resistance to permanent deformation. The main beams include standard straight beams and heavy-duty straight beams with web heights of 400 to 500 mm, welded via automatic submerged arc welding, and the frame is shot-blasted. Cross beams run through longitudinal beams and are integrally welded to the whole vehicle. Equipped with new high-strength impact-resistant suspension, it balances axle loads and optimizes the tie rod angle to reduce tire wear and extend the service life of accessories.
