With a three-axle structure, it offers stronger load capacity with a standard payload of 30–40 tons, significantly higher than two-axle models, effectively reducing transportation costs, fuel consumption and labor expenses.The axle load is evenly distributed, ensuring greater stability during long-distance heavy haulage and on rough roads, less prone to rollover, with more reliable braking and steering performance.Equipped with pneumatic unloading, no manual handling is required, and unloading can be completed in 15–20 minutes, delivering high handling efficiency ideal for bulk operations at flour mills, grain depots and food processing plants.The fully enclosed tank prevents spillage, rain exposure and contamination. Made of food-grade material, the tank is clean and hygienic, leaving no material residue and avoiding mildew.

For our 3-axle flour tank trailer, food-grade 304 stainless steel is the preferred material (anti-corrosion, zero residue, high hygiene), or aluminum alloy for lightweight design and legal increased payload.The tank bottom features a horizontal double-cone or 6-V type structure.Equipped with a fluidized bed and dual air intake pipeline system, it ensures efficient pneumatic unloading with residue rate strictly controlled at ≤0.2%.The mainstream volume is 50–60m³ with a standard tank wall thickness of 6mm, and the overall dimension is approximately 13×2.55×3.9m.

This truck is standard-equipped with high-quality FUWA or BPW 13-ton axles, featuring stable load-bearing performance and high durability. Paired with 12R22.5 radial tires, it adapts well to long-distance transportation and complex road conditions.

 

It is also fitted with a JOST kingpin (optional 2'' / 3.5'') and high-strength landing legs, ensuring stable connection and reliable support.

 

Air suspension is available as an option, which effectively absorbs shocks on rough roads, better protecting flour and other materials inside the tank from extrusion damage, reducing chassis impact, and significantly improving service life and riding comfort.

It is equipped with an on-board air compressor, which can be powered by Weichai engine matched with Bohai compressor.

 

The working pressure is stable at 0.2 MPa, and the unloading speed can reach 1.2–1.6 tons per minute, ensuring high-efficient and fast unloading.

 

 

The whole vehicle is equipped with safety valves, pressure gauges, 3/4-inch unloading butterfly valves and anti-static grounding devices, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

 

Food-grade seals are adopted to effectively prevent material contamination and guarantee hygienic safety during flour transportation.
