Our 3-axle flour tank semi-trailer uses aluminum alloy for lightweight build, helping users raise legal payload limit legally. We design tank bottoms in either horizontal double-cone or 6-V configuration. Fitted with fluidized bed plus dual air intake piping, the pneumatic discharge system works reliably and keeps leftover flour below 5%. We set 40 cubic meters as our regular tank volume with a standard 6mm tank wall thickness. The finished trailer comes with overall outer dimensions of roughly 13000mm × 2550mm × 3900mm.

We equip this flour tanker with premium FUWA or BPW 13-ton axles as standard parts, which deliver steady load capacity and long service lifespan for daily hauling jobs. Matched with 12R22.5 radial tires, the trailer copes perfectly with long-distance runs as well as uneven, rough road conditions. We also install JOST kingpins and heavy-duty landing legs to guarantee tight coupling and solid ground support during loading and parking.Air suspension is available as an optional upgrade. It buffers road bumps effectively on bumpy routes, shielding flour inside the tank from squeezing damage, easing harsh impact on the whole chassis, and extending both trailer service life and driving smoothness.

Fitted onboard is an air compressor set powered by Weichai engine, supported with Bohai compressor assemblies.It can unload bulk flour at a rate of 1.5 tons per minute to speed up entire discharge work. The trailer comes complete with safety valves, pressure gauges, alongside 3/4-inch pressure relief butterfly valves and anti-static earthing fittings to secure steady and safe operation.All sealing components are food grade certified. These fittings stop cargo contamination effectively and maintain strict hygiene standards throughout flour transportation.
