The oil tanker semi-trailer adopts a high-strength tank structure, with flexible material options including 5182 aluminum alloy, Q235 carbon steel or stainless steel. It achieves a perfect balance between lightweight design and excellent load-bearing capacity, which not only reduces fuel consumption during transportation but also meets heavy-duty haulage requirements.

The tank body is manufactured with fully automatic submerged arc welding, resulting in smooth and firm welds with outstanding sealing performance. Combined with professional anti-corrosion treatment of epoxy zinc-rich primer and anti-corrosion topcoat, it effectively resists erosion from harsh working conditions such as high temperature, humidity and dust, featuring excellent rust and corrosion resistance and greatly prolonging service life.

In addition, the tank is equipped with internal wave-proof baffles to reduce oil sloshing during driving and improve driving stability.

The chassis and suspension system are elaborately configured. It adopts high-quality FUWA or BPW axles, with optional leaf spring suspension or air suspension, matched with 12R22.5 radial tubeless tires, ensuring a stable and durable overall structure.
