The core feature of the rear-discharge model is to realize automatic unloading operations through a complete hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump and multi-stage telescopic oil cylinder provide powerful lifting force to steadily raise the front of the cargo box and form a reasonable inclination angle. The rear tailgate opens and closes flexibly with the lifting movement. Bulk materials such as sand, stones, ore and earthwork inside the cargo box slide backward naturally by gravity and are automatically discharged from the rear end. The whole unloading process requires no manual assistance. It features simple operation, thorough discharging, stable structure and low material blockage risk. The rear-tipping dump semi-trailer is fully equipped with a complete hydraulic drive system, featuring a dedicated hydraulic unit and hydraulic pump as the power source. During operation, the hydraulic pump continuously builds pressure and steadily delivers high-pressure hydraulic oil into the multi-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder.
