The tank car body mainly consists of four parts: the underframe, the tank body, the running gear, and accessories. The underframe is welded steel (5-10mm thick), with a load-bearing capacity of 30-50 tons, and is equipped with suspension and braking devices to ensure stability. The tank body is made of high-quality steel (such as Q345R), with a sealing pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa, corrosion resistance suitable for acidic and alkaline environments (pH 2-12), and a common volume of 20-70m³. The running gear includes wheels (diameter 840-915mm) and bearings, adaptable to a standard track gauge of 1435mm. Accessories include valves (nominal diameter DN50-DN200), pipes, and sensors, supporting remote monitoring. Railway tank cars are additionally equipped with a reinforced underframe (steel thickness increased by 20%), special couplers (tensile strength ≥500kN), and a safety system (pressure monitoring accuracy ±0.1%FS), suitable for high-speed rail transportation scenarios.
